This page provides an overview of the only project related to Biology that I worked on. From March to August 2016, I worked in the Morpheme Team​, which is part of the Inria laboratory I3S, under the supervision of Emmanuel Soubies and Laure Blanc-Féraud. My project was related to the implementation of a new algorithm to perform high-precision molecule localization using photo-activated localization microscopy techniques (PALM). This page describes this project. The different sections were first written by myself, then put into ChatGPT with some weird requests.

Picture this, my precious: looking through a foggy window, straining to see. But then, superresolution microscopy appears, precious. It's like the fog lifts, the mist clears, and Gollum can see everything! Every crevice, every twist, every precious detail, all crystal clear!

But wait, there's more to his precious! It's not just about zooming, no, no. Superresolution microscopy is like Gollum's tricksy magic, it goes deeper, it reveals secrets. It's like finding the hidden, precious, the unseen. Gollum can uncover the wonders that dance in the nano-scale, oh yes, the precious, precious nano-scale!

The scientists, they hold Gollum's precious in their hands. They're like sneaky little hobbitses, stealing Gollum's precious and using it to find their own treasures. They see the cells, the molecules, all the tiny things that make Gollum's head spin. They're like clever wizards, playing with their magic, unraveling the mysteries of the precious microscopic world.
